About these terms
These terms apply when you book a consulting session or service, or buy prepaid credits on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Consulting sessions, services and ordering
Each session and service page shows what is included and its price. After payment we contact you on the mobile number or email you gave to schedule your session or confirm your order. Please give correct contact details and share any documents we need on time.
Nature of advisory services
Our consultations, compliance checks and document reviews are general advisory and checklist help. They are not a legal opinion, an audit or a chartered accountant’s certification.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include all charges shown at checkout. Payment is taken by UPI through our payment partner. Every order must be between ₹20 and ₹8,529. Prices are confirmed by our server at checkout.
Prepaid consultation credits
Prepaid credits can be used for any consultation or service on this website, in part or in full, within their validity period. Bonus credit and credit discounts are promotional and not refundable; a refund covers only the unused amount you actually paid. Credits can be used only on this website.
Delivery of services
Consulting sessions are held by phone or video call at the agreed time. Written work such as checklists, reviews and drafts is sent by email or WhatsApp within the time shown on each service.
Limitation of liability
We take care to give accurate guidance, but decisions you make based on it remain yours. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
