Cancellations and rescheduling of sessions

You can cancel or reschedule a consulting session free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time by calling us. Sessions cancelled later, or missed without notice, cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled once.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver a session or service you paid for, we refund the full amount. Approved refunds go back to the original UPI account within 5–7 working days.

Prepaid consultation credits

Prepaid credits can be used for any consultation or service on this website, in part or in full. Each credit token is valid for … days from the date of purchase. After that it expires and cannot be redeemed. Bonus credit and credit discounts are promotional and not refundable; a refund covers only the unused amount you actually paid. Credits can be used only on this website.

Written work

If a checklist, review or draft we send does not match what you ordered, tell us within 2 days and we will correct it free of charge.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but the order failed, or you were charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically or after you contact us with the transaction details.
